Unless otherwise specified, you will have access to purchased courses for the duration stated in the course description. Some courses offer lifetime access, while others may have specific time limitations. Access periods begin on the date of purchase.

4.3 Course Content

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue course content at any time without prior notice. We continuously improve our courses to reflect industry changes and best practices. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase. We occasionally offer promotional pricing, which is subject to specific terms and conditions.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided.

5.3 Failed Payments

If payment fails or is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to courses until payment is successfully processed. You remain responsible for any amounts owed.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website and in our courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, software, and course materials, is the property of US Logistics Training or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for your personal educational purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials
• Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer any content
• Share your account credentials or course access with others
• Record, screenshot, or capture course content for redistribution
• Use course materials for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

7.3 User Content

If you submit content to our website (such as reviews, comments, or forum posts), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our services.

8. Certification

Upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a certificate of completion. This certificate verifies that you have completed our training program and demonstrates your knowledge of the subject matter. However:

• Our certificates do not constitute professional licenses or government-issued credentials
• Employers may have their own requirements beyond our certification
• We do not guarantee employment as a result of certification
• Certificates are issued digitally and remain valid unless revoked for violations of these Terms

9. Job Placement Assistance

We offer job placement assistance to students as described in our course materials. However:

• We do not guarantee employment or specific employment outcomes
• Job placement assistance is provided on a best-efforts basis
• Employment decisions are made solely by potential employers
• We are not responsible for employer hiring practices or decisions
• Results vary based on individual circumstances, qualifications, and market conditions

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 No Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, US LOGISTICS TRAINING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless US Logistics Training, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

17.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and US Logistics Training individually. To the full extent permitted by law, no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other, and there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or in a purported representative capacity.

17.4 Venue

If arbitration is not applicable, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Vermont, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

18. Miscellaneous

18.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and US Logistics Training regarding your use of our services.

18.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
